The WI-990 is a height adjustable, solid steel constructed sax stand with a sturdy “A” shaped base that ensures stable, positive support for alto and tenor Saxophones.  It has a height adjustable yoke and backrest that allows it to easily and perfectly adapt to your instrument’s size and contour.  All instrument contact parts are covered with a soft, non-marring velveteen foam coating that will hold your instrument firmly in place while carefully preserving its finish.  There is an optional WI-992 peg for flutes and clarinets to accommodate more instruments on either side of the stand.  It folds compactly for easy transport and storage.  This stand comes in a scratch resistant, non reflective black enamel finish.
